Triage Prime ability bug (2 videos attached, one from my perspective, and the other from my teammate's perspective)

After successfully reviving teammate with Triage's prime ability, I pull out my gun and start shooting at 2 of the enemies, however none of the rounds register at all. Through my teammate's perspective you can see that I still have my prime ability equipped instead of my gun, and I am just strafing at the enemy doing nothing.

We understand you experienced some odd behavior from Triage's prime ability. Having reviewed the provided footage, this does seem odd to us. For our investigation, could you kindly clarify whether you've experience this on more than one occasion? We'll then review, and see what other information we may need or what we may be able to suggest.
This was the first time I've experienced this issue, however I have only started playing Triage today (about 5 runs in total) and I've probably had to use his prime ability 3 times, give or take.
