Missing compensation lux and half twitch drop

Hello,

I played the game on day 1, even hou 1 (first achievement 10min after release) with the deluxe edition.

I was impacted like other players but did not receive the 150 lux compensation.

Also, I miss some twitch drop rewards (weapons and background)

What can we do to solve this ?
