In game chat stops working in raid

This has been a problem even during the server slam and still happens with the full game. In game chat works fine in the lobby but I will lose the ability to communicate during almost every raid. Seems to happen 5-10 minutes into the raid, the mic icon still lights up on my screen but I can’t hear anyone and they can’t hear me. Once back in the lobby the mic works properly. Restarting the game or even my Xbox does not help.
