All Social Features Are "Disabled"? Being Directed To Parental Controls?
So this is a pretty simple, make or break deal. This can either get fixed promptly, or I will be demanding a refund for Marathon. Why can't I hear or talk to ANYONE? All social features are disabled? Why? Support, please do not post some worthless reply to this asking for my platform or something, you have already been supplied with 100% of the information you need. In case you somehow cannot access this information due to weaponized incompetency, I am on Steam, my user name is linked here on Bungie... what else could you possibly need to know?
Please just fix the game or my account, whatever it is. I can't hear or talk to anyone, this 100% ruins the game and makes it worthless to me. So you can fix or lose the sale up to you. Thanks!

Also you guys need to work on this UI. Like it just says "Permissions" on the left side of the Social menu. Just the word Permissions floating there, with no additional information or any kind of explanation. Can't click on it, no hover-over prompt, just a meaningless word in a meaningless location just floating there for no reason whatsoever. Why.
