Beta.exe Background and Complex Study Emblem

I still haven't received the "Beta.exe" Background and "Complex Study" Emblem after participating and spending around 30 hours in the Server Slam. I only received the other rewards. According to the official Discord, the banner and avatar should look like the ones in the attached image, but there is nothing like that on my account.
