I'm missing some Twitch drops
Hi, I claimed all the Twitch drops, including those from the Server Slam and the Marathon launch, and all I received were the stickers and emblems; I'm still missing the weapon skins and backgrounds.

We understand that you’re having trouble getting your Twitch Drops. We’re sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the concern this may have caused.
As a first step, you'll want to make sure you claimed the drops on Twitch. For this, on Twitch, go to Profile → Drops & Rewards → Inventory and confirm each Marathon reward shows as Claimed. Progress only counts on streams with Drops Enabled, and each tier has to be claimed before the next one starts tracking.
Once claimed on Twitch, rewards are granted to your Bungie.net profile and then delivered in‑game. Bungie has said the Twitch Sponsored Kit can take up to 48 hours to show up in your in‑game Mailbox.
Drops only work inside the campaign window (e.g., Server Slam Feb 26–Mar 2 or Launch Drops Mar 5–9). You can claim them from your Twitch inventory for up to 7 days after the campaign ends, but you must redeem them in‑game before the listed cutoff (e.g., March 31 for the Sponsored Kit).

I have received all the Twitch Drops besides the HMG skin, I am waiting on that one as well.
On the Bungie website, I only see 4 out of 8 rewards.

Twitch Drops: All Server Slam rewards are Claimed in Twitch inventory (screenshot attached).
Bungie ↔ Twitch: Accounts are linked
Issue: None of the Server Slam items appear in-game / Mailbox.
Note: The newer/launch Twitch drop delivered successfully, so linking works.
Tried: restart game, relog, checked mailbox multiple times.
