knife skins not showing in game

i have the rewards pass knife and whenever i log into a game it doesnt show up and instead shows the default knife

    We understand that knife skins aren't appearing in the game for you. This does sound odd to us. So we can effectively look into this, please consider replying with the following details for our investigation:

    • The platform you play on.
    • By any chance, does this issue appear to coincide with playing as Rook?
    • If particular steps seem to reproduce this, then please outline them for us.
    • A linked video or series of screenshots which illustrate this issue.

    Once we have the above details, we will investigate.

    This is the case for me too I'm on Xbox and just randomly it'll swap to the default knife after a few runs or death so I have to toggle the knife skin to get it to work
