I bought the deluxe edition and I haven't received the deluxe edition rewards.
I bought the deluxe edition and didn't receive any of the deluxe edition add-ons, neither the rewards pass nor the skin pack.
On top of that, Steam shows that I already own it. Paying €20 more for literally nothing isn't very funny, to be honest.

We have resolved the issue preventing you from acquiring your Deluxe Edition items. If you haven't already, please restart the Marathon game client and your items will automatically be available in the Customization menu.
We'll also be gifting 150 LUX currency to everyone affected by this delay. Please restart and login to Marathon by Friday, March 6 at 9 AM PT and we'll deliver your LUX by Saturday, March 7 at 9 AM PT.
