PC - Error code “weasel”: disconnects ~20 seconds after launch/main menu (after hotfix)
Description
After today’s hotfix, the game disconnects with error code “weasel” about 20–30 seconds after launching. This happens even if we stay idle on the main menu (no input). The game was working normally earlier today before the hotfix.
Platform / Region
Platform: PC
Location: China
Network: Home broadband (also tested with mobile hotspot)
Repro Steps
Launch the game on PC
Reach main menu Wait ~20–30 seconds (even without moving the cursor)
Disconnect occurs → error code weasel
What we tried (no change)
Restart PC / router / modem
Reinstall the game
Change VPN/accelerator provider and nodes
Broadband + accelerator / broadband without accelerator
Log in with a different account (same result)
Mobile hotspot (same or still failing)
Expected Result
Stay connected and remain in the main menu / game session normally.
Actual Result
Consistent disconnect within ~20–30 seconds, error code weasel.
Additional Notes
Other players in the same city may not be affected, but this specific PC/network is consistently failing after the hotfix.

I also have that problem, it was a server slam issue, I bought the Deluxe pre-purchase because the game was fun and I thought it would be fixed. But no :(.

Experiencing this as well all day. Had the same issue in the slam until they fixed it close to the end
