I lost all of my level 30 server slam rewards

I received the messages containing my rewards packages for level 10 and level 30 in the server slam. However when I claimed both of them, seemingly the entire level 10 package overflowed my vault and I was able to sort through my gear and find space for it. But all of the blue rarity gear from level 30 says it is claimed, but does not exist in my inventory or my vault overflow. It just gone entirely. Is there anything that can be done about this?

    I didn't even get any of my rewards mailed to me, so you're doing better than me (and I think most people).

    • Platform - Steam
    • Description of Issue - All of my level 30 server slam gear rewards except for seemingly 1 Magnum HC were seemingly deleted upon claiming because both my vault and my vault overflow were full
    • Rough Date and Time of issue - about 3pm central on launch day
    • Repro steps - I had a nearly full vault, and claimed both rewards packages for level 10 and level 30 from the server slam at the same time, I saw no warning that any items would be lost

    I also lost all of my server slam lvl 10 & lvl 30 gear due to vault overflow.
