  • Your Bungie Account Name. Please ensure the four digits after the # are included.
  • The platform you play on. If on Steam, please share the GPU you use as well.
  • If you are encountering any error codes or messages, please consider linking us to screenshots of them.

  Once we have the above details, we will review and see what we can hopefully suggest.

  just stuck on joining screen , animation working but is infinite

  i solve my issue , 

  i will help who wants , i dowloaded warp cloudfare and toogle it on and change 1.1.1.1 with warp to 1.1.1.1 normal and it solve my issue
