CPU behavior 50% cap, but only 170fps
I have a 9800X3D, PBO motherboard at 5.2gHz, 64gb ddr5 RAM CL30, 6000mt, and an astral 5090 running the factory overclock.
I’m capping out at 170-180FPS, only a 60% GPU utilization, and only about 30-50% CPU utilization as well.
Very similar behavior to Destiny 2, where I cap out at 250(control)-300(trials) FPS despite no obvious bottle neck on CPU or GPU. Is this an issue with Tiger Engine?
Running DLSS doesn’t really seem to change things much.
