Sprint Does Not Function Correctly and Fails After Taking Damage
Issue 1: Hold Sprint Does Not Re-engage Automatically
When "Hold Sprint" is enabled, it does not behave as expected.
If I am holding the Sprint button and then stop moving, while still holding Sprint, sprinting does not resume automatically when I start moving forward again. Instead, I have to release and press the Sprint button again to initiate a new sprint.
In most other games, as long as the Sprint button is held, moving forward automatically triggers sprinting again. The current behavior feels inconsistent and unintuitive, and it makes movement clunky during fast paced gameplay.
Expected Behavior:
As long as Sprint is being held, moving forward should automatically trigger sprinting.
Issue 2: Unable to Sprint Immediately After Being Shot
There is also an issue where sprinting sometimes fails after taking damage.
There have been multiple instances where I get shot and immediately try to sprint to reposition or escape, but sprint does not activate. Instead, my character performs a crouch or partial slide animation and remains exposed, which often leads to death.
This behavior feels inconsistent and unresponsive. For context, I play competitive shooters at a high level, and this input interaction does not feel intentional or correct.
Expected Behavior:
After taking damage, sprint should activate normally if the Sprint input is being pressed.
These issues significantly affect movement fluidity and responsiveness, especially in high intensity situations.
