Constant disconnects similar to D2 experience since Season of the Seraph

I will randomly but regularly disconnect in D2 with Weasel/Beaver error and am now also experiencing this in Marathon Server slam.
In order to mitigate this I have to pay for a VPN for this to stop disconnecting me mid session. This is not ideal.

I do not experience connectivity issues with other intense FPS shooters and this has been tested over 3 different internet providers with two of them(including current ) be a 1Gig line. I am always wired.

I have attempted port forwarding and this has yielded no results and I would currently also have to pay to enable port forwarding with my provider. I would have tested port forwarding with Marathon but the internet provider would not enable it in time to test fully as I had disabled it lates last year.
I have lived in different parts of the UK so have physically tested local infrastructure alongside providers.

However - this was raised by me a while ago with D2 and I am now experiencing it with Marathon: this is indicative that this is due to the way you have a setup of network arrays with Steam since the Season of the Seraph.
I have tried countless attempts to resolve this with my device but have only found that a VPN seems to mitigate it but it still from time to time has it's own issues.

Can you please advise on information you'd need from me and potentially investigate into possible issues the array setup or networking setup your servers use that could affect a direct stable connection to your servers from the UK.

On the off chance; I did have a friend suggest it would also be to do with the hops between me and the Bungie servers. Would it be also possible to know an IP or address I can work with my provider to do a Telnet test please.
