rook cant use medical consumables when knife is out

FinnDynamite#7453 xbox series X AND S as rook, if my knife is out, it’s as if swinging my knife takes priority over using a consumable when I’m holding down the consumable wheel. So I have my knife out. I’m holding down the consumable wheel. I hover over either a shield charge or a health charge and when I activate it with my right trigger rook swings his knife instead. To solve this, I pull out my gun and do everything I just said, and it all works like normal. This is a consistent bug whenever I play Rook.
