Game doesn't launch

Start up the game using steam, shows that its running on the steam page but no window opens. Opened task manager and BattleEye Launcher is suspended (it pops up and then disappears, doesn't allow me to unsuspend - no such option available). Tried uninstalling BattleEye using batch file, wont even allow me to do that. Tried troubleshooting any other solutions but, to no avail. Attached is a screenshot of an error steam gives me upon start attempt (EXE.Launcher is missing or whatever) I was really looking forward to this for a while now but it looks like I'll be missing the server slam, RIP!

    We understand you're unable to launch Marathon due to an issue involving Battleye. We're sorry to hear of this. For our investigation, could you kindly provide us with the following for our investigation:

    • Your Bungie Account Name with the four digits which following it after #.
    • The model of your PC and its GPU.
    • Do you have any overlays active at the time this occurs or are using any 3rd-party apps?

    Once you share the above details with us, we'll review.

    AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT  (ASUS motherboard and an i7 13700F cpu)

    No Overlays open
