After the finisher animation on an enemy runner, my camera jerks straight up

I have the exact same issue. This happens on most finishers. Playing with controller on PC. Will try to get a video.
Same happens to me on PS5 occasionally. Didn't have a capture but saw it on YouTube too, although he's on lower sense so it's less violent: https://youtu.be/iA0DVW56fik?si=4XUl4bRW1KApTmMN
I have the same issue, on ps5. Once animation for finisher is done, camera pans directly up and it’s difficult to reorientate. Also wonder if there can be a hot key for console players to instantly turn 180 degrees as it’s hard to pan quickly behind
